I'm
no fan of Rush Limbaugh. I don't much like his opinions, his commentary,
or his politics. On many occasions he has been mean-spirited and unfair.
He is the epitome of a right-wing idealogue. Having said all that, I
feel badly for the man for what he is going through right now. Apparently,
since May he began to lose his hearing and now is close to being completely
deaf. The irony of that happening to a man who achieved tremendous success
through a talk radio show is monumental. He worked and struggled for
many years to reach the career heights he has obtained, and for this
to happen is grossly unfair. He indicates, however, he plans to go on
with his show.
